Welcome to Fiamora! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fiamora mobile application and services. By creating an account or using Fiamora, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Fiamora, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our services.
You must meet the following requirements to use Fiamora:
To use Fiamora, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
You may only create and maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in termination of all your accounts.
You agree to use Fiamora in a respectful and lawful manner. You will not:
You retain ownership of the content you post on Fiamora (photos, messages, posts, etc.). However, by posting content, you grant Fiamora a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving our services.
We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.
Fiamora offers 8 connection modes (Dating, Friendship, Professional, Roommate, Travel, Fitness, Creative, and Gaming). You acknowledge that:
Your safety is important to us. We provide tools to block and report users, but you are responsible for your own safety when interacting with others.
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Terms, please report it immediately using our in-app reporting tools or by contacting us at support@fiamora.app.
If you choose to meet another user in person, you do so at your own risk. We recommend meeting in public places and informing friends or family of your plans.
Fiamora may offer premium subscription features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any applicable taxes.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the app store.
All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in our refund policy.
All content, features, and functionality of Fiamora (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks) are owned by Fiamora and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Fiamora for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Fiamora is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fiamora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Fiamora is not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline. You agree to take reasonable precautions in all interactions with other users.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fiamora and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in our Account Deletion page.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use Fiamora will immediately cease. We may delete your account and content, subject to our data retention policies and legal obligations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Fiamora shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fiamora.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
