2. Age Restrictions

Fiamora is strictly for users aged 18 years and older. We:

• Require users to verify they are 18+ during registration
• Immediately terminate accounts of users found to be under 18

3. Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on Fiamora and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities:

3.1 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

• Any imagery, video, or content depicting minors in a sexual or suggestive manner
• Computer-generated, drawn, or animated content depicting minors in sexual situations
• Content that sexualizes children in any form

3.2 Child Exploitation

• Grooming behavior or attempts to establish inappropriate relationships with minors
• Solicitation of sexual content from minors
• Sharing or requesting contact information of minors for inappropriate purposes
• Any form of child trafficking or exploitation

3.3 Inappropriate Content Involving Minors

• Sexualized comments about minors
• Content that encourages or glorifies child abuse
• Links to external sites containing CSAM

4. Detection and Prevention Measures

4.1 Proactive Monitoring

We employ multiple layers of protection:

• Age Verification: Mandatory age verification during account creation
• Content Scanning: Automated systems scan uploaded images and videos
• Hash Matching: Use of PhotoDNA and other hash-matching technologies to detect known CSAM
• AI Detection: Machine learning models to identify potential CSAM and grooming behavior
• Human Review: Trained content moderators review flagged content

4.2 User Reporting

We provide easy-to-use reporting tools:

• In-app reporting buttons on all content and profiles
• Dedicated email for safety concerns: safety@fiamora.app
• 24/7 monitoring of safety reports
• Priority handling of child safety reports

5. Response Protocol

5.1 Immediate Actions

When CSAM or child exploitation is detected or reported, we:

1. Immediately remove the content from our platform
2. Permanently ban the offending user account
3. Preserve evidence for law enforcement
4. Block re-upload of the content using hash technology
5. Review related accounts for potential coordinated activity

5.2 Law Enforcement Reporting

We report all instances of CSAM to:

• National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline
• Local law enforcement as required by jurisdiction
• International authorities through appropriate channels

We provide full cooperation with law enforcement investigations, including:

• Preservation of evidence
• User account information (when legally required)
• Technical assistance in investigations

6. User Responsibilities

All Fiamora users must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Report any suspected CSAM or child exploitation immediately
• Not attempt to contact, groom, or exploit minors
• Not share, request, or distribute content involving minors
• Comply with all child safety laws in their jurisdiction

7. Reporting Suspected CSAM

If you encounter suspected child sexual abuse material on Fiamora:

1. Do not share, download, or forward the content
2. Report immediately using one of these methods:
   • Use the in-app "Report" button
   • Email: safety@fiamora.app
   • Subject line: "URGENT: Child Safety Report"
3. Provide details: User profile, content description, timestamp
4. Block the user to prevent further contact
